Returns
You may request a return only if:
· You received a damaged product.
· You received an incorrect product.
· The product has a manufacturing defect.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
The returned product must:
· Be unused.
· Be in its original packaging.
· Include all original tags and accessories.
· Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
· Products damaged due to misuse.
· Normal variations in handcrafted products.
· Customized or personalized products.
· Products returned after the return period.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
· Refunds will be processed within 8 –10 business days.
· Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Replacement
If available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect products.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs will be borne by Rewa Sujani.
